Refund Policy

Our commitment

We want you to be satisfied with every purchase from AT EASE. If a digital product does not meet your expectations, we offer a straightforward refund process.

Eligibility

You may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase if the product does not match its description or does not work as advertised. Refund requests must include a brief explanation of the issue.

How to request a refund

Email hello@allatease.com with:

  • Your order confirmation email or transaction ID
  • The product you purchased
  • The reason for your refund request

Processing time

We aim to process all refund requests within 5 business days of receiving your email. Once approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. It may take an additional 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

Exceptions

Refunds may not be available for:

  • Products that have been substantially consumed or used (e.g., a course where more than 50% of modules have been accessed)
  • Requests made more than 14 days after purchase
  • Products clearly described as non-refundable at the time of purchase

Indian consumer rights

For customers in India, this policy operates alongside your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020. Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights.
